30-Day Standard Return Policy: You have 30 days from delivery to request a return for a refund. No justification required.
Warranty Against Defects: If your product arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing defect, we will replace or refund it according to our warranty policy.
Beyond your standard rights, you can try your HeatcoreWear™ jacket for a full 100 days. If you’re not fully satisfied, we’ll refund you.
This extended guarantee is a commercial benefit and does not replace your basic warranty rights.
International return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Ordered the wrong size? No worries — exchanges are available within 100 days.
Return shipping is free in Estonia. For all other countries, return shipping is paid by the customer. Reshipping is free if the requested size is in stock.
After receiving and inspecting your return, refund times vary by payment method:
100-Day Trial: Refund of the product price (international return shipping not included).

The battery can be returned separately only if defective. For satisfaction returns, the vest + battery must be returned together.
